WELCOME TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF MINORITY ARCHITECTS

WHILE I BREATHE I HOPE
The South Carolina Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (SCNOMA) mission is to empower and amplify the underrepresented members of our creative community.
SCNOMA serves as a source of guidance, leadership, and support; continuously striving for an inclusive and diverse architectural profession. The organization serves as an advocate for people of color through its engagement with equity and justice.
NOMA’s mission, rooted in a rich legacy of activism, is to empower our local chapters and membership to foster justice and equity in communities of color through outreach, community advocacy, professional development, and design excellence.
We thrive only when voluntary members contribute their time and resources, helping to build a strong chapter, made up of strong members, who support the NOMA national mission of minimizing the effects of racism and gender discrimination in our profession.
